My Role

On this film I managed the budget and prop lists for the art department. I sourced furniture and props. then went on to design the set and also oversaw the building of the set. I also dressed all of the sets and locations and was also in charge of costume. I worked closely with the cinematographer and director. It was a small team so We had to be resourceful the budget was small but I managed to work around it. I put a lot of passion into this film and fell in love with the story and the aesthetic we were able to create. My favourite part about it was the colour pallete, coining the Green you see below as ‘Tenebrous Green’. It was so fun to add little methophors and hidden secrets within the design by making sure the smallest details had meaning. At the heart of this film is the story and as a designer it was a pleasure to artistically bring it onto the screen through design.
